Network Marketing Secrets Book Review

Network Marketing Secrets Review

Calling all network marketers!

This book is a must have for your library of resources.  I’m not sure who gets a warm fuzzy feeling from cold calling or cold messaging, because that is one thing that I absolutely loathe when it comes to sales.

This book provides alternatives to that form of prospecting. Leads is a necessity in any sales business. How you arrive at the leads is always what is being disputed.

Sales funnels are not a new concept.  The concept has been used for many years in sales. The execution of a sales funnel is just evolving like times. The Internet is replacing the need for the telephone, direct mail,  and in person.

Section 1:

In the book, the three Lost funnels that have worked for many years for Network Marketers are discussed in detail.

Lost Funnel #1 The Bridge (aka Three-Way Call)

Who has had to do a three way call with a new prospect and the leader before? They create a “bridge” between you and the product/opportunity you are offering your prospect.

Lost Funnel #2 Home Party Selling

Where are my home party suckers at? Let me go ahead and raise my hand.  If a friend was selling anything I was always the first one to volunteer to host a home party for her.

Why do home parties work?  One reason, people are able to experience the products and two it is based on the psychology of the Fear of Missing Out. People are fearful they are going to miss out on something that someone else got.

Lost Funnel #3 The Hotel Meeting

Let’s just say I have been to my share of hotel meetings over the year.  This is where you expose a group of people to the product and opportunity.  You use it for recruiting purposes.

Section 2:

Brunson discusses what he calls the Viral Loop, the key to not only selling someone on network marketing opportunity but also creating duplication among your recruits.

Step 1:  The Epiphany Bridge

People buy based on emotions.  They do not buy based on logic, so stop with all the techobabble.  Learn to tell your story about your product or opportunity that involves the emotional side of the story and why you fell in love with the product. People will logically convince themselves of the sale after the fact.

Step 2:  Demo

You want to demo how the product works.

Step 3:  Call to Action

This is the part that makes most people a bit antsy. You are asking for the sale or aka asking for money.

Step 4: Duplication

This is the real key to making money in network marketing.

Sections 3 and 4 are actually going into detail about the three funnels and the parts of the funnel and how to create them.
